My Experience
I am a hospitality and culinary education expert with 35 years of experience in teaching, administration, and the hospitality industry, both in India and abroad. As the founding Director of the Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts at Symbiosis International University, Pune, I have dedicated myself to advancing culinary education in India. My passion for Italian and Indian cuisine began during my career as a chef with ITDC. Alongside my academic work, I serve on various educational boards, including AHLEI, and am pursuing a Doctorate in Culinary Education. As a certified Hospitality Educator and Life Coach, I enjoy mentoring both professionals and students, helping them unlock their potential and grow in their personal and professional lives.

Whether through my role as a Certified Hospitality Educator or as a Life Coach, I take great pride in guiding individuals—students, professionals, and teams—towards realizing their full potential. My leadership style focuses on empowering others, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous learning. As an entrepreneur, educator, and coach, I believe in inspiring people to excel both personally and professionally, creating environments where they can thrive.
My Goals
As a professional Career and Life Coach, my goal is to guide and inspire millions of individuals across India who limit their own growth and happiness through self-imposed boundaries and self-defeating beliefs. I am passionate about helping people break free from these mental constraints, enabling them to recognize their true potential in both their personal and professional lives. Through focused guidance, motivation, and practical strategies, I aim to empower individuals to overcome limiting beliefs, unlock new possibilities, and achieve fulfillment and success in life and work. My mission is to help them realize that they are capable of far more than they ever imagined.
